This Privacy Policy explains how Lead Tech, Inc. ("we" or "our") handles information in connection with the BehaviorGraph platform ("Service") and our website. The Service is developed by Tenrise LLC and commercially operated by Lead Tech, Inc. Both entities share the same founding team.
1. What We Collect
Website visitors
Name, email, company name when you contact us. Standard analytics data (IP address, browser, pages visited).
Customers
Account and billing information needed to provide the Service.

API, MCP, and RAG outputs use coded identifiers (e.g. LEG-07) instead of employee names. Identity resolution happens in your systems, not ours.
2. How We Use Information
We use your information to provide and operate the Service, respond to inquiries, and improve the platform.
We use aggregated, de-identified data that does not identify any individual to improve the Service, develop features, and refine our behavioral models. This is how we make the platform better for all customers.
We do not sell your data. We do not share individual-level customer data with other customers. We do not serve ads.
3. Who We Share With
- Service providers who help us operate (hosting, payment processing, support), bound by confidentiality obligations
- Legal requirements when required by law or regulation
- Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We will notify affected customers. The acquiring entity will be bound by this policy with respect to your data.
4. Data Retention
We retain customer data for the duration of the subscription. After termination, we delete your data within a reasonable period unless required by law or requested otherwise.
Website visitor data is retained for up to twenty-four (24) months.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.
6. Your Rights
You may contact us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of marketing communications.
If you are in California, the EU, or the UK, you may have additional rights under the CCPA or GDPR, including the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We do not sell personal information.

We use essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our website. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify customers of material changes at least thirty (30) days in advance.
